FREE RANGE EGGS

Breakers Fresh Food Cafe uses Free-range eggs exclusively in all our deli and bakery items. Free-range eggs are eggs which have been farmed without intensive factory farming methods. The main principle is that the birds are permitted to roam freely within the farmyard and are only kept in sheds or hen houses at night for thier safety and comfort. Chickens given space to move around develop healthy social order in the flock and produce less stress hormones resulting in tastier, healthier eggs.
